Many women are looking for ways to lose weight and get rid of accumulated fat, especially in the abdomen and buttocks. One of the best ways to fast weight loss is the chemical diet, which depends on eating foods that help the body to lose weight quickly.

Chemical diet … first week

– Breakfast is hard throughout the first weekdays: 1/2 grapefruit or orange fruit can eat fresh juice, 1-2 boiled egg.

First day

– Food: salad, 2 boiled eggs

– Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 2 cups skimmed yogurt, grapefruit or orange fruit

the second day

– Food: Grilled or boiled meat, salad

– Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, grapefruit or orange fruit

Day Three: Same day system

the fourth day

Food: 2 boiled eggs, a piece of Quraish cheese, boiled vegetables

– Dinner: 2 boiled eggs or a skimmed yogurt cup, boiled vegetables (sauteed), tomatoes

The fifth day

– Food: Grilled fish or tuna without oil

– Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, boiled vegetables

the sixth day

Food: Grilled or boiled meat, tomatoes, grapefruit or orange

– Dinner: A mixture of fresh fruit except (figs – dates – grapes – banana – mango)

the seventh day

– Food: chicken, tomatoes, boiled vegetables, grapefruit or orange fruit

– Dinner: chicken, tomatoes, orange

Chemical diet … Second week

– The first day: Eat fruits of any type and any quantity except (grapes – mango – dates – banana – fig)

– Day 2: Eat boiled vegetables and any kind of salad except (potatoes – legumes dry)

– Day 3: A combination of the previous two days ie, eating boiled fruits and vegetables in any quantity

– Day 4: Grilled fish or tuna without oil, salad

– Day 5: Grilled or boiled meat or chicken, one category of boiled vegetables

– Day 6 and 7: One class of fruit in two days (apples, pears, peaches, oranges, guava).

Chemical diet … Third week

The amount specified per day must be taken without increasing or decreasing.

– First day: 4 slices of grilled chicken or chicken, 3 tomatoes, 4 cucumbers, tuna tin without oil, toast, grapefruit or orange fruit

– Day 2: 2 grilled steak, 3 tomatoes, 4 cucumbers, toast, apple, orange

– Day 3: A piece of Quraish cheese, a can of tuna, a vegetable dish, 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, toast, grapefruit or orange fruit

– Day 4: 1/2 chicken, 3 tomatoes, 4 cucumbers, toast, grapefruit or orange fruit

– Day 5: 1/4 chicken, 2 eggs, 1 lettuce, 3 tomatoes, 4 cucumber, orange

– Day 6: 2 chicken breast, a piece of skimmed cheese, toast, 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, skimmed yogurt, grapefruit or orange juice

– Day 7: Cheese, tuna, boiled vegetables, 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, toast, grapefruit or orange fruit

Chemical diet … Fourth week

Same as the first week system

· Exercise must be performed daily for at least half an hour.

· Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
